Product detailed description

Postcard Mánička is playing on violin.

Size: 15x10.5cm, Backside is white with Spejbl and Hurvínek.

Spejbl and Hurvínek are popular Czech puppets thanks to Josef Skupa. They were created in 1920 (Spejbl) and 1926 (Hurvínek). Later, other figures were added to them - Mrs. Kateřina, Mánička and the dog Žeryk.

Hurvínek, an inquisitive boy, is son of Josef Spejbl, a dissatisfied man and a confused pontificator.

Games based on their dialogue quickly gained considerable popularity and several film and audio versions were made.
