Čtyřlístek (Cloverleaf) is one of the most famous and longest-published comics in Czechia.
The comics has been published in 1969 in the magazine of the same name and its illustrator and first author is Jaroslav Němeček. At present, it has several authors who take turns writing individual episodes.
The series has four main characters (cat Myšpulín, dog lady Fifinka, hare Pinďa and pig Bobík), living in a common house in the fictional village of Třeskoprsky, which is located by the Blaťák pond below Bezzub castle. The model for Třeskoprsky was the North Bohemian village of Doksy. The Blaťák pond symbolizes Mácha's Lake and Bezzub Castle resembles Bezděz castle.
